Getting started
Create Your Account
Sign up with your email address. No credit card required for the free tier.
- Go to the registration page
- Enter your company name, email, and password
- Verify your email address
- Your tenant is automatically provisioned with isolated data storage
Add Your First 3CX System
Connect a 3CX PBX system using either Enterprise (XAPI) or Pro (Extension) credentials.
- Navigate to Settings > Systems > Add System
- Enter the 3CX system FQDN
- Choose authentication: Enterprise (OAuth) or Pro (Extension Login)
- TCX Hub validates credentials and auto-discovers system info
Monitor in Real-Time
View live CPU, memory, disk, and call metrics streamed every 30 seconds via SSE.
- Dashboard shows all systems at a glance
- Click any system for detailed telemetry charts
- Metrics updated automatically
- Color-coded status: green, yellow, red
Configure Alert Rules
Set thresholds for CPU, memory, disk, and system offline. Get notified via Email, Slack, or Telegram.
- Go to Settings > Alert Rules
- Default rules are pre-configured
- Connect notification channels in Settings > Integrations
- Assign channels to each alert rule
Manage Systems
View and manage extensions, groups, trunks, SBCs, and call history from the dashboard.
- View all extensions with registration status
- Manage group members, roles, and holiday schedules
- Monitor trunk registrations and inbound DID routing
- Access full call history with search and export
Invite Team Members
Add other users to your tenant with role-based access control.
- Team members can view and manage systems based on their role
- Owner role has full administrative access
- Admin role can manage systems and settings
- Member role has read-only access to dashboards
Scale Your Fleet
Upgrade your plan as you add more customer systems. TCX Hub handles the rest.
- Upgrade your SC tier at any time in Settings > Billing
- Changes take effect immediately
- The worker automatically starts monitoring new systems
- Historical data is retained when upgrading
Key concepts
SC (Simultaneous Calls)
SC is the 3CX licensing metric. Your TCX Hub plan is based on the total SC capacity across all systems you manage.
Tenant Isolation
Each reseller account gets its own isolated database schema. Your data is never mixed with other tenants.
XAPI vs Extension Auth
Enterprise systems use OAuth2 (XAPI) for full API access. Pro systems use Extension Login for core monitoring.
Worker Service
A background service fetches telemetry every 30s, aggregates dashboard stats every 5m, and checks system health every 60s.
