Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TCX Hub (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including organizations and their team members.
Description of Service
TCX Hub is a multi-instance SaaS platform that enables 3CX resellers and managed service providers to monitor and manage multiple 3CX PBX systems from a centralized dashboard. The Service includes real-time telemetry, automated alerting, credential management, and billing functionality.
User Accounts
You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service - Use the Service to transmit malware or conduct DDoS attacks - Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties - Exceed the usage limits of your subscription tier - Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond the provided API
Billing & Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are based on the SC (Simultaneous Calls) tier selected. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. The free tier is provided as-is with no SLA.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including 3CX system configurations and telemetry data. We claim no ownership over your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Third-Party Dependency (3CX/xAPI)
The Customer acknowledges that TCX Hub relies on third-party systems including 3CX and its xAPI. TCX Hub does not control these systems and shall not be liable for changes, limitations, or discontinuation of such interfaces. The availability and functionality of certain Service features depends on the continued availability of these third-party systems.
Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (3CX, Stripe, Hetzner) or force majeure events.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCX Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the Customer in the one (1) month immediately preceding the first event giving rise to the claim. Multiple claims shall not enlarge this limit.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days. Sections relating to limitation of liability, data ownership, and governing law survive termination.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
