What is SC (Simultaneous Calls)?

SC (Simultaneous Calls) is a 3CX licensing metric that defines how many concurrent phone calls your system can handle at the same time, including internal, inbound, and outbound calls.

Your SC capacity is set by your 3CX license tier. The Hub's pricing mirrors this, so the plan is picked automatically based on your connected system's SC capacity, and all features are included.

Example: a 16 SC system handles 16 concurrent calls, so the Hub automatically picks the 16 SC plan.

How a multi-system bill adds up

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You pay per system, starting at 4 SC, so removing a system lowers your bill from the next period.
